About Frasier Tech
Our History
Founded in 2024 by Ben Frasier, Frasier Tech was born from a vision to bring state-of-the-art metal 3D printing to everyone. Our goal is to make high-performance printers affordable, accessible, and easy to use, delivering end products that shape a brighter future, TODAY.
We strive to empower creators of all kinds to build the metal parts they’ve always dreamed of, while supporting educators and students to explore additive manufacturing and turn ideas into reality. Our team is currently hard at work developing the technology that will make this possible.
Our Technology
At the core of the Frasier ARC™ printer system is DAC-WAAM (Digital Arc Control – Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing), enabled by proprietary Quiet ARC™ control technology.
Quiet ARC™ is an AI-driven research and control system that models the interaction between arc dynamics, thermal input, wire feed, and motion in real time. By continuously tuning process parameters during deposition, the system maintains stable metal transfer and consistent bead geometry throughout a build.
This dynamic approach is designed to push toward repeatable, near-net-shape metal parts, reducing variability and minimizing the need for extensive post-processing — without relying on industrial-scale equipment.
